Prosus is a multinational consumer internet group and one of the largest technology investors in the world, based in the Netherlands. It is a subsidiary of Naspers, a South African multinational. Recently, Prosus acquired Just Eat Takeaway for €4.1 billion, aiming to innovate logistics and customer experience in the food delivery industry through the use of artificial intelligence.
