Qasem Abu Khater

Qasem Abu Khater is a 36-year-old resident of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip, who has faced the dire consequences of ongoing conflict in the region. Following violent clashes while attempting to secure humanitarian aid for his family, he witnessed the tragic deaths of numerous individuals. Now living in western Gaza City, he grapples with the harrowing choice of risking his life to help the injured or securing essential supplies like flour for his children, highlighting the desperation faced by many Palestinians in the war-torn area.
