She recently made headlines after the National Immigration Agency in Taiwan revoked her permanent residency and household registration. The agency's decision was based on allegations that she advocated for China's military annexation of Taiwan and reported her coworkers' activities to Chinese authorities, actions deemed to pose a threat to Taiwan's national security. Despite the revocation, she retains the right to stay in Taiwan due to her marriage to a Taiwanese citizen, and she is currently appealing the ruling.
