Qiu Qingquan

Qiu Qingquan was a general in the Nationalist forces during the Chinese Civil War and took part in the Huaihai Campaign. He was tasked with coordinating troop movements and defenses along critical railway routes, aiming to maintain Nationalist control in the region.
