Qodirjon Xayrullayev

Qodirjon Xayrullayev, a former head of a gas supply company in the Kattaqo‘rg‘on district of Uzbekistan, was in the news following his death at the age of 35 while in custody. He was being investigated on charges of fraud and bribery when he reportedly experienced a health crisis and was taken to a medical facility, where he passed away. Initial medical assessments indicated that his death was due to severe complications from type 2 diabetes.
