Quách Văn Đức

Quách Văn Đức, aged 66, is a former chairman of the Board of Directors of Nhơn Trạch Investment Joint Stock Company and the Tín Nghĩa General Company. He was sentenced to 19 years in prison for violations related to the management and use of state assets that resulted in significant losses to the government during the 'Thành phố Thiên Nga' project.
