Quilson Enrique Bejarano Herrera

Quilson Enrique Bejarano Herrera, a 32-year-old penitentiary officer from Loja, was tragically killed shortly after returning to work at the Machala Social Rehabilitation Center. He had recently been absent due to threats against his life and was shot multiple times in a targeted attack as he approached his workplace.
