Quim Torreda is an influential figure in Andorra's educational landscape, known for his role in developing the Tàndem project, which bridges the gap between education and entrepreneurship. As the former director of the Department of Vocational Training in the Ministry of Education, he was instrumental in initiating the program in 2015, focusing on aligning educational curricula with the real needs of businesses. Celebrating its tenth edition, Tàndem has successfully involved over 700 students and numerous companies, transforming students from mere apprentices into proactive contributors to innovative solutions in the business sector.
