Quirin Kuhnert

Quirin Kuhnert, a 32-year-old Bavarian, tragically lost his life while attempting to save his 83-year-old neighbor, Guerrina Skocaj, during a devastating flood in Brazzano di Cormons, Italy. Known for his passion for the Collio region, he had recently opened a gastronomic establishment called Buon Sapore on February 1. On November 17, during the flood, Quirin bravely intervened to help his neighbor, managing to save another woman before being caught in a mudslide. His dedication to the community and love for the area were evident in his desire to create a gathering place for locals and tourists alike.
