Quốc Dương is a 4-year-old boy who went missing on February 21 while playing outside his home. Due to his developmental challenges, he struggled to communicate and navigate his surroundings, which heightened the family's panic during the search. Thankfully, he was found safe thanks to the efforts of Việt Hoàng.
