R.L.Z. is a 48-year-old man residing in Andorra, who has been implicated in a fatal altercation during the local festivities in Reíllo, Spain. Following the incident on August 14, where he allegedly struck 37-year-old José Ángel, leading to the latter's death, R.L.Z. fled the scene. He was later arrested but released with precautionary measures, as he faced allegations of aggravated assault. The victim's family is pushing for the charges to be elevated to homicide, expressing confusion over how R.L.Z. managed to leave Spain despite having his passport revoked.
