Rachel Furtado, a dedicated triathlete and the director of Institutional Relations at the Instituto Feliciência, tragically passed away at the age of 46 after suffering a medical emergency during a training session in Brasília. Known affectionately as Chel, Rachel was an active participant in her community's sports scene and had recently focused on running and swimming. Despite her relatively short time with her training group, she was well-regarded and remembered for her vibrant spirit. Following the passing of her aunt, Carla Furtado, Rachel took on leadership at the institute, continuing its mission to promote mental health and workplace happiness.
