Rachel Umebuali

Rachel Umebuali is the state commander of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in Cross River, Nigeria. She has been actively involved in combating drug trafficking and abuse in the region, recently overseeing the destruction of a vast cannabis plantation in Odukpani and the arrest of several suspects linked to drug-related activities. Under her leadership, the NDLEA has conducted numerous advocacy programs aimed at raising awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and has reported significant seizures of various illicit drugs.
