Radiša M. was a 33-year-old resident of Ljubovija who tragically drowned during the 25th Drinska Regatta after falling from a boat. His untimely death led to the cancellation of planned events, including a concert by Ana Bekuta, as a mark of respect for the tragedy that struck the regatta.
