Radmila Lainović

Radmila Lainović is the director of the controversial Administration for the Legalization of Illegal Structures in Montenegro, which was established in January 2023. She gained attention for her participation at the 13th World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, Azerbaijan, where she contributed to discussions on housing and sustainable urban development, despite her absence from the official delegation list.
