Radu Mirucu

Radu Mirucu is the Romanian Minister of Defense who recently addressed the urgent energy crisis caused by the historic low water levels of the Danube River, which have threatened the operation of the Cernavoda nuclear power plant. He outlined measures being taken, including using explosives to redirect water flow in order to stabilize energy production in Romania.
