Radu Turcanu
Radu Țurcanu is a Moldovan judge who served as the president of the Chișinău Court during the government of Vladimir Plahotniuc. He has been a magistrate since 2007 and became the president of the Chișinău Court in 2017. Recently, he did not pass an external evaluation conducted by the Judicial Evaluation Commission.
