Rafael Berroa

Rafael Berroa is one of the members of the Chiquito Team Band, a well-known Dominican merengue group. He expressed deep sorrow and gratitude for life following the tragedy at the Jet Set nightclub, leading the group to suspend their performances in solidarity with the victims.
