Rafael de La Serna

Fray Rafael de La Serna was the first rector of the College of Law that eventually became the University of Antioquia. His ghost is said to haunt the Paraninfo building, where strange noises and apparitions have been reported, linking him to the rich tapestry of supernatural lore in Medellín.
