Rafael Holmess

Rafael Holmess is an architect and the head of Inmovable Heritage at the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) in Panama. He plays a critical role in the preservation of the country’s historical monuments and has been instrumental in pioneering research efforts focused on the conservation of Panama's architectural heritage. Recently, he expressed the significance of a groundbreaking study that provides insights into the materials used in historical buildings and how they react to Panama's specific climatic conditions.
