Rafael Hurtado Roca

Rafael Hurtado Roca is a lawyer and political activist known for his involvement in electoral law and party politics in Bolivia. Recently, he made headlines for filing a complaint with the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) to request the cancellation of the legal status of the Unidad Cívica Solidaridad (UCS) party, which is supporting mayor Jhonny Fernández's presidential candidacy.
