Rafael José Ramón Trujillo Lovatón is one of the descendants of the infamous Dominican dictator Rafael Leónidas Trujillo Molina. Recently, he was in the news due to the Constitutional Court's decision to declare inadmissible his constitutional review request for the return of funds seized by the state, which he claimed rightfully belonged to his late mother, Lina Altagracia Lovatón Pittaluga.
