Rafael Lusvarghi is a Brazilian national known for his involvement in the conflict in Eastern Ukraine, where he fought against Ukrainian forces. His presence in Ukraine drew significant attention when he was discovered living in the Holy Protection Monastery in Holosiiv, leading to his arrest by Ukrainian authorities. A former member of the FARC terrorist organization in Colombia, Lusvarghi's complicated history includes prior imprisonment for organizing a terrorist attack and later facing legal issues upon his return to Brazil for drug possession and weapon charges.
