Rafael Renard Gineste is a Brazilian businessman and co-administrator of F2 Holding Investimentos, recently in the news for attempting to flee from a police operation targeting an alleged criminal organization involved in fuel adulteration and money laundering. He was apprehended while trying to escape by boat in Santa Catarina, as authorities investigated connections to a broader network of financial crimes estimated to have moved R$ 23 billion. Previously, Gineste had faced legal troubles, including a conviction related to corruption within the state's tax agency.
