Rafael Zornoza
Rafael Zornoza, born in 1949 in Madrid, is the current bishop of Cádiz and Ceuta. He has recently come under investigation by the Vatican for allegations of sexual abuse against a minor during the 1990s, when he was a priest in Getafe and director of the diocesan seminary. This case marks a significant moment as it is the first known instance in Spain where a bishop is being investigated canonically for a charge of pedophilia.
