Rafik Shahada

Rafik Shahada was a high-ranking Syrian military officer, serving as the head of the military and security committee in Homs during the Syrian Civil War. He has recently been implicated in international legal proceedings concerning war crimes related to the bombing of a press center in Homs in 2012.
