Ragnar Borg

Ragnar Borg is a notable figure in the Icelandic culinary scene, best known for his role as the Italian consul in Iceland. He played a significant part in helping young chefs, including Leifur Kolbeinsson, expand their culinary horizons by introducing them to Italian cuisine, which was relatively less known in Iceland during the 1980s.
