Raihan Usina

Raihan Usina is a deputy akim (local government representative) of the Zhelezinskiy district in Kazakhstan. She is actively involved in addressing the needs of rural communities, including providing support and resources to the village of Kuzmino as it becomes a haven for women and children escaping domestic violence.
