Rainy Hutabarat

Rainy Hutabarat is a member of the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan) in Indonesia. She has actively highlighted the challenges faced by women in accessing justice, particularly concerning cases of violence involving military personnel, and has recently spoken out against the potential implications of the revised UU TNI on women's rights and protections.
