Raju Pandey

Raju Pandey is the chief of the city police in Kathmandu, overseeing law enforcement within the metropolitan area. He found himself at the center of a controversial incident regarding the return of chief administrative officer Guragai, when his police force was deployed to prevent Guragai's entry into his office, following orders that were later questioned by city officials.
