Ramesh Jhangra

Ramesh Jhangra is the father of Jyoti Jhangra, a second-year BDS student at Sharda University, who tragically died by suicide on July 18, 2023. Ramesh became involved in the situation following accusations against his daughter regarding forgery of a professor's signature, which deeply affected her mental health. He was called to the campus to discuss the matter with university officials and later filed a police complaint alleging harassment and misbehavior by faculty members towards his daughter, leading to the arrest of two professors in connection with her death.
