Ramesh Shrestha

Ramesh Shrestha is an advocate for male childcare workers and runs a support network called Thriving Educators Aspiring Male Professionals. He is passionate about the importance of male role models in early childhood education and speaks out against the negative impact that allegations against male educators can have on morale and job retention. Shrestha calls for systemic changes in the industry to ensure the safety and support of all educators.
