Rami Mroueh

Rami Mroueh has been appointed as the CEO of Sanofi Morocco, effective September 1, 2025. Based in Casablanca, he is also responsible for Sanofi's operations in Tunisia and Libya. Mroueh, a graduate in Pharmacy and from EM Lyon Business School, joined Sanofi in 2008 and has held various roles across industrial, commercial, and managerial sectors in France, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic. He has been serving as the General Manager of Sanofi's vaccine division in the Czech Republic since 2023. His extensive international experience and strategic vision for innovation and growth are expected to contribute significantly to Sanofi Morocco.
