Ramin Jalalian is an Iranian businessman who was recently sanctioned by the United States for allegedly creating shell companies in Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates to facilitate the transfer of approximately 30 million dollars, including funds from oil sales subject to U.S. sanctions.
