Ramli Ngah Taib

Ramli Ngah Taib is a seasoned Malaysian politician who served as the Chief Minister of Perak in 1983 and held various important positions, including Deputy Minister of Transport and Speaker of the House of Representatives. Recently, he was appointed as the Yang Dipertua of Penang, a ceremonial position, effective May 1, 2025, as part of a long-standing political career that has seen him recognized with numerous awards, including the prestigious title of Tun.
