Ramon Alberto Alcoser

Ramon Alberto Alcoser is a Private in the Belize Defence Force who was recently found guilty of perverting the course of justice in relation to the shooting death of fellow soldier Jessie Escobar. During the trial, Alcoser claimed to be suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder, asserting that his previous statements were made under duress.
