Ramon Andreu

Ramon Andreu served as the president of the municipal entity of Bellaterra from its inception in 2010 until 2023, representing the political party Gent de Bellaterra. He has been an outspoken critic of the recent expansion of the IRTA-CReSA laboratory, expressing concerns about the potential safety risks it poses to the local community of 3,000 residents, as well as the thousands of students and staff at the nearby University Autonomous of Barcelona.
