Ramón Paulino

Ramón Paulino, a seasoned resident of El Túnel de Capotillo, has been living in the area for more than 50 years. Alongside his neighbors, he engages in domino games during the heavy rains brought by Hurricane Melissa as a way to pass the time and maintain morale despite the flooding that often impacts their homes and livelihoods.
