Ramvilas Mandal

Ramvilas Mandal is the principal of the National Basic School Belhi in the Balang Bihul municipality of Saptari, Nepal. Recently, he came into the news for being asked to provide an explanation regarding the absence of office assistant Kasa Paswan, whose salary and allowances have been halted for over a year due to Mandal's administrative decisions.
