Randolph Kirk Parker

Randolph Kirk Parker is a 73-year-old American who was sentenced to 3½ years in prison in Ireland for attempting to obtain false Irish passports in the names of two deceased infants. He was deported back to the United States after serving time and was previously arrested at the Cork passport office.
