Raphael E. Donokolo II is the Assistant Minister for Alien Registration at Liberia's Ministry of Labour. He appeared before the House of Representatives recently, where the delegation was dismissed due to their inability to provide the necessary data on the economic implications of new work permit fees for foreign workers.
