Raquel Orias

Raquel Orias is a former secretary of communication for the Federación de Estudiantes de la Universidad de Costa Rica (FEUCR), who resigned amidst a wave of accountability demands from the Alianza Estudiantil movement, which is currently occupying the FEUCR building to address issues surrounding governance and student representation.
