Raquel Palacios Insaurralde

Raquel Palacios Insaurralde is the director of the Escuela Básica N° 330 Margarita Veia de Bobalini in Capiatá, Paraguay. She has recently been in the news for her response to a protest by parents supporting a teacher, which included filing a complaint regarding alleged violence against women following the heated altercation involving the teacher and a local supervisor.
