Rasa Nagasaki

Rasa Nagasaki is a Lithuanian expatriate who has been living in Japan for nine years. After initially moving to Ireland and then London, where she worked as a model, Rasa decided to pursue her adventure in Japan with just a suitcase and a backpack. She quickly adapted to her new life, teaching English and learning Japanese, eventually becoming fluent. Rasa also opened a café offering both Japanese cuisine and Lithuanian desserts, such as 'Tinginys.' She is married to Sora, whom she met unexpectedly while foraging for bamboo shoots in the mountains, and they now reside in the city of Tokushima.
