Rashane Seymour

Rashane Seymour, a 12-year-old student, successfully completed his PEP examinations at Claverty Cottage Primary School and will be attending Buff Bay High School in Portland. His remarkable progress from a beginner literacy level to achieving developmental levels in all subjects has been a point of pride for both his family and teachers.
