Rasheed Pinder

Rasheed Pinder serves as the Programme Director for the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA), where he is responsible for overseeing initiatives aimed at enhancing disaster preparedness and response in the Caribbean region. Recently, he emphasized the importance of training exercises like the Caricom Disaster Relief Unit (CDRU) training in Antigua, which aims to strengthen regional capabilities in managing the increasing frequency and severity of natural disasters.
