Rassoul Ould Khal

Rassoul Ould Khal is the Deputy Commissioner for Human Rights, Humanitarian Action, and Civil Society Relations in Mauritania. He recently attended a training workshop in Nouadhibou aimed at equipping local management committees with the skills necessary for effective governance and local development initiatives.
