Ratko Kovačević

Ratko Kovačević is the head of the Communications Department at the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, actively involved in operations against illegal tobacco products. He has been vocal about the significant increases in seizures of illicit tobacco and the need for continued efforts in law enforcement.
