Raúl Eduardo Giraudo

Raúl Eduardo Giraudo is the General Manager of YPFB Andina S.A., a subsidiary of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB), Bolivia's state-owned oil company. He has been instrumental in the recent discovery of the Mayaya Centro field, which has been ranked among the top ten oil and gas discoveries globally by S&P Global for 2024. Giraudo has emphasized the significance of this discovery for attracting investment to the previously unexplored regions of Bolivia.
