Raul Enrique Pargas Rodriguez

Raul Enrique Pargas Rodriguez is a 31-year-old Venezuelan national who was arrested in Texas for allegedly attempting femicide in a violent incident involving Russian roulette. He is wanted in Venezuela for torturing and attempting to kill a woman after luring her to his workshop in February 2021. After the attack, Pargas Rodriguez fled to the United States, where he was apprehended by ICE following a tip from the U.S. Border Patrol. He remains in custody pending immigration proceedings.
